Job Title: Sales Associate / Full Time    Division: Retail    Location: Bethesda, Maryland    Category: Store

Job Description:

  • Drive sales through extraordinary customer service and product knowledge to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Carry out CRM program to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Assist with merchandising the selling floor.
  • Perform store duties.
  • Assist store manager as needed.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year selling experience with high-end clientele
  • Background or interest in luxury linens a plus
  • Relationships with interior designers a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  

Skills & Abilities:

  • Able to work independently as well as with a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Friendly and professional phone voice and manners
  • Dedication to quality and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the following computer applications: Internet and Point-of-Sale
