Job Description:
- Drive sales through extraordinary customer service and product knowledge to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Carry out CRM program to build and sustain client relationships.
- Assist with merchandising the selling floor.
- Perform store duties.
- Assist store manager as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year selling experience with high-end clientele
- Background or interest in luxury linens a plus
- Relationships with interior designers a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills & Abilities:
- Able to work independently as well as with a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Friendly and professional phone voice and manners
- Dedication to quality and attention to detail
- Familiarity with the following computer applications: Internet and Point-of-Sale
